Azienda Agricola Stefano Vampari

Stefano Vampari works two of Piedmont's most demanding terroirs from his base in Valdilana. In Gattinara and Ghemme, he cultivates Nebbiolo in its regional expressions, known as Spanna. Each DOCG imposes rigor: Gattinara requires 35 months of aging, where Vespolina and Uva Rara build tannic complexity; Ghemme, produced in two municipalities, demands a minimum of 34 months of maturation. On the Biellese hills, where mineral-rich soils shape the character, the winery embraces a vision where patience and precision govern every harvest.
