Azienda Vinicola F.lli Dell'Aquila

In Cirò Marina, where the Ionian Sea meets the horizon beyond the hills, the Dell'Aquila brothers manage five hectares of clay-sandy soils in the land of Cirò. There are two denominations, Cirò DOC and Melissa DOC, which together span the range of reds and whites defining this part of Calabria: on one side, Gaglioppo, on the other, Greco bianco, cultivated according to organic farming principles and respecting soil balance. Since 2001, the winery's daily work has embraced an agricultural legacy passed down from father and grandfather, transforming it into wines intended to nourish both body and spirit. This production doesn't chase trends but remains anchored to native grape varieties and the marine character of the Cirò territory. The winery welcomes visitors: stopping here means exploring both denominations with a glass, comparing the texture of Gaglioppo with the freshness of Greco, and understanding how a handful of hectares by the sea can speak the language of Calabrian oenology.
