His mastery embraces delicate whites, from Nuragus to Malvasia di Sardegna, and the robust reds that define the island's viticulture. It's a repertoire that spans dry, still, and sparkling styles, all the way to the fortified expressions of Nasco and Girò, each in its own way indebted to the mineral character of an area encompassing 182 municipalities. This breadth is not dispersion but a sign of deep technical command: moving from a fresh white to a meditation wine requires diverse knowledge, held together by the same hand.
