C.A.P.O. Conche

C.A.P.O. Conche represents a century of cooperative farming in the Po delta, where two distinct crops define the producer's identity. Since 1982, the cooperative has cultivated Radicchio di Chioggia IGP—those distinctive spherical heads with white-veined burgundy leaves—alongside the white asparagus of Conche, each shaped by the lagoon's alluvial soils. Managing over 3,000 quintals annually across 130 hectares with roughly 100 farmer-members, C.A.P.O. channels both vegetables directly to Padua and Venice markets, grounding commerce in regional terroir.
