Bardolino Superiore DOCG

In Rivoli Veronese, on the western edge of Lake Garda, Cà Cerù dedicates its work to a single denomination: Bardolino Superiore DOCG. Corvina veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella — the trio that defines the Garda identity — find volcanic soils here that impart a dark, saline note to the fruit, far from the lightness often associated with the area. Each wine waits twelve months in the cellar before release, the time necessary for the Superiore to acquire structure and tannic texture without losing the clarity of its profile. The winery combines a repertoire of traditional grape varieties with a contemporary winemaking approach, seeking reds that declare their origin rather than catering to trends. Care for the soil and resources guides their agronomic choices, in a perspective of continuity with the land. The result is a Bardolino that asserts its seriousness: not a wine for immediate drinking, but a territorial expression built to withstand a few years in the bottle.
