Cà dei Colli

Ten hectares on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, where glacial geology and the thermal breath of the lake shape Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella: this is the perimeter within which Cà dei Colli operates, a winery that has chosen to focus on a single denomination, Bardolino Superiore DOCG. Under the guidance of Gabriele Tinazzi, every cluster arrives in the cellar hand-picked in small crates, to avoid bruising that would compromise selection even before vinification. The wines age for a minimum of twelve months, the time this DOCG requires to build structure and depth, and in that patience, the entire philosophy of the house is evident: no shortcuts, a single objective pursued with method.
