Cantina Cerquetta stands in Frascati, the Castelli Romani's historic core, where volcanic soils and Mediterranean altitude have shaped white winemaking for centuries. The producer works within two overlapping DOCG zones, crafting Cannellino di Frascati—the region's late-harvest expression—and Frascati Superiore from Malvasia bianca di Candia, Bellone, and indigenous Lazio varieties.
