Cantine Colli di Catone

On the volcanic slopes of Monte Porzio Catone, Cantine Colli di Catone cultivates Malvasia bianca di Candia, Bellone, and Greco bianco, grapes that find their ideal habitat in the mineral terroir of the Castelli Romani. The winery operates within two Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita (DOCG) denominations, Frascati Superiore and Cannellino di Frascati, each governed by regulations that set minimum alcohol content and precise varietal compositions. These are two facets of the same heritage: one dry and taut, the other sweet, both products of the altitude and geology of Lazio.
