Cantine Santa Venere produces Cirò DOC and Melissa DOC from the volcanic soils of Calabria's Crotone province. Built on organic viticulture, the estate works exclusively with indigenous Calabrese varieties—Gaglioppo as its cornerstone, alongside Greco nero, Greco bianco, and other heritage grapes suited to the region.
