🏡 Tastings & visitsBardolino Superiore DOCG

In Pozzolengo, on the morainic hills south of Lake Garda, Carlo Zenegaglia dedicates twenty hectares to Bardolino Superiore DOCG. The estate occupies a kind of natural amphitheater, where lake breezes temper the microclimate and allow Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella to develop aromatic complexity without losing freshness. The superiore denomination demands time and structure: after twelve months of aging, the wines reach at least 12% alcohol, with the balance that distinguishes this category from more immediate versions. It is a work of precision, seeking in the morphology of the land and the lake's influence the reasons for a recognizable style. The winery welcomes visitors and tasting groups throughout the year: an opportunity to taste the wines in their context and to understand, directly on the hills, the relationship between lake, soil, and grape varieties that shapes Bardolino Superiore.
