Caseificio San Rocco operates from Tezze sul Brenta, in Vicenza's heart, as a cooperative producer of Asiago DOP since 1966. The facility crafts two expressions of this semi-cooked cow's milk cheese: the fresh, delicate Asiago Fresco and the complex Asiago Stagionato. Both derive from the protected zone spanning 292 municipalities across the Veneto and Piedmont regions. The caseificio welcomes visitors to observe production firsthand and taste the results of over five decades' work.
