Catania Roberto

Roberto Catania works the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where limestone and mineral-rich soils shape the character of his extra virgin olive oil. His Monte Etna DOP sits at the intersection of thirty-two kilometres of protected territory across forty-eight Sicilian municipalities. The oil carries the geology of its origin—a pale yellow-to-green hue with grassy undertones and the green fruitiness that emerges only from olives harvested at optimal ripeness on steep, unforgiving terrain.
