Cavalchina

Cavalchina's vineyards occupy the moraine slopes at the Garda's southeastern edge, a terrain that shaped its identity from the start. The Habsburg land registry of 1848 already documented substantial vineyard holdings on these drought-resistant soils—a defining trait of the glacial landscape. Today the estate produces across five wine denominations: Lugana and Custoza whites, Bardolino Superiore reds, plus Garda DOC wines and a delicately fruited extra virgin olive oil. The property welcomes visitors for tastings and estate tours, offering a direct encounter with wines rooted in 175 years of documented viticulture.
