Caven Camuna

Caven Camuna operates in Chiuro at the heart of Valtellina's steep-slope vineyard system, producing two DOCG wines that demand time. Sforzato di Valtellina—their passito and red expressions—requires 20 months minimum aging and builds toward 14% alcohol from Nebbiolo and other red grapes. Valtellina Superiore, pure Chiavennasca Nebbiolo, ages 24 months to achieve structure at 12% minimum. The estate welcomes visitors to taste both denominations directly, offering a Wine Bar setting where local flavors anchor the experience.
