Centovigne operates from Cossato in Piedmont's Biella hills, where glacial soils and century-old vines feed two prestigious denominations. Their Gattinara DOCG reds—Nebbiolo-based with Vespolina and Uva Rara—demand 35 months maturation; Ghemme DOCG follows 34 months. Ancient cellars with concrete tanks and oak barrels process these Spanna-rooted wines, their tannins shaped by time and slope. Visitors taste where tradition survives untouched.
