Cerutti operates in Suno, at the heart of Novara's wine country, where two prestigious DOCG zones converge. The producer works primarily with Nebbiolo—locally called Spanna—alongside Vespolina and Uva Rara to craft reds of structure and age-worthiness. Gattinara DOCG wines demand 35 months of maturation to reach their potential, while Ghemme DOCG reds require a minimum 34 months in barrel and bottle. This disciplined approach to production reflects the technical rigor that defines the region's finest expressions.
