Crova Massimo

Crova Massimo operates in Sala Monferrato, at the heart of the Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG zone spanning 212 municipalities across Piedmont's Alessandria province. The producer works with the four traditional varietals—Barbera, Freisa, Grignolino, and Dolcetto—vinified alone or blended to craft bold reds. Each wine undergoes at least 14 months of aging, developing the structure and depth that define this appellation's character at a minimum strength of 13.0% alcohol.
