His cantina recovers abandoned vineyards across the Val d'Ossola's steep terrain, reviving Gattinara and Ghemme traditions where Nebbiolo-based reds demand 34–35 months of aging. Visits and tastings welcome guests to witness firsthand how this young producer navigates the unpredictable climate shifts reshaping Northern Piedmont's mountain viticulture.
