The company produces Monte Etna DOP extra virgin olive oil from the volcanic terrain surrounding the volcano. Each bottle carries the accumulated knowledge of olive and almond cultivation passed through the family: from acquisition of raw terrain to refined craft. The oil itself displays the signature profile of the zone—yellow to green in colour, with green fruitiness and herbaceous notes that reflect Etna's distinctive terroir.
