Filadora operates in Mezzomerico, where Nebbiolo—locally called Spanna—thrives alongside Vespolina and Uva Rara. The winery focuses on two Alto Piemonte DOCG benchmarks: Gattinara and Ghemme, both demanding extended aging (35 and 34 months minimum respectively) to unlock their structure and elegance. Antonella and Andrea pursue winemaking as craft, deliberately keeping the operation modest to preserve their exacting attention to each vintage.
