Gaetano Società Semplice operates across Calabria's Lametia plain, just 15 kilometres from the Tyrrhenian coast. The vineyard's south-southwest slope captures uninterrupted marine breezes that flow between two seas, creating ideal conditions for olive cultivation. This exposure generates concentrated aromas and flavours in the fruit, which Gaetano converts into Lametia DOP extra virgin oil—a precisely calibrated expression of the terroir, with acidity below 0.5% and the characteristic green-to-straw hue that marks the region's finest pressing.
