Their wines are built on Corvina veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella—the region's defining grapes. Each bottling spends a minimum 12 months in aging, developing the structure and depth that Bardolino's 12% alcohol threshold demands. Hand-selected grapes and deliberate harvest-to-crush timing shape every bottle, reflecting land and family craft as one.
