Imazio works within two of Piedmont's most demanding terroirs. From Ghemme, the winery draws Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara to craft reds requiring 34 months minimum maturation and 12% alcohol. Across the regional boundary into Gattinara, the same varieties—with stricter protocols—age for 35 months to achieve the zone's 12.5% minimum. Each wine reflects the precision demanded by these small, neighboring DOCG zones in Novara, where soil and vintage discipline the blend.
