He oversees every phase—vineyard, cellar, and market—drawing Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) and complementary red varieties from the Rhaetian terraces that slope beneath the Carmine chapel. His Valtellina Superiore and Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG wines respect the region's rigorous standards: 24 months aging minimum for the former, 20 months for the latter, both achieving the structural depth that defines Alpine Nebbiolo.
