The producer crafts Gattinara from pure Nebbiolo alongside Vespolina and Uva Rara, respecting the zone's strict 35-month aging requirement and minimum 12.5% alcohol threshold. In Ghemme, spanning two municipalities, Noah balances Nebbiolo (Spanna) with its complementary varieties, honoring a 34-month maturation window. Both wines are expressions of terroir discipline and meticulous harvest selection.
