Paride Iaretti works two of northern Piedmont's most exacting terroirs: Gattinara and Ghemme, twin DOCG zones where Nebbiolo (known locally as Spanna) commands both vineyard and cellar discipline. At Gattinara, the minimum 35-month aging requirement reflects the wine's structural demands; here Nebbiolo blends with Vespolina and Uva Rara to build layered, age-worthy reds above 12.5% alcohol.
