Concurrently, across 16 municipalities in south-east Sicily, PEF harvests Carota Novella di Ispica IGP during the February-to-June season—early carrots prized for their snapping crispness and pronounced herbaceous character. This geographical and seasonal duality anchors the company's position in protected origins spanning north and south.
