Rupi del Nebbiolo

Since 2012, Rupi del Nebbiolo has united a small collective of Valtellina vignerons committed to extracting the finest expression of Chiavennasca (Nebbiolo) with minimal environmental impact. The cooperative practices organic viticulture while safeguarding the UNESCO-recognised dry-stone terrace walls that define this Alpine landscape. Their Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG—dried-grape wines aged a minimum of 20 months—and Valtellina Superiore DOCG showcase the signature intensity and structure that 24 months of barrel maturation imparts to mountain fruit grown on these historic slopes.
