Bardolino Superiore DOCG
San Zeno traces its roots to the Gianfranceschi family, who migrated to Bardolino in the early 1800s as grape growers. The transformation began in 1930 when Pietro Gianfranceschi started vinifying, followed by a decisive shift in 1990: the estate adopted its current name and began bottling Bardolino Classico. Today, 19 hectares within the classic zone supply Corvina veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella for elegant Bardolino Superiore DOCG—wines aged twelve months minimum, each rooted in decades of local know-how.
