Sebastiani Vini commands the steep hills of Ghemme, where Nebbiolo vines age for over three years in pursuit of structure and depth. The winery qualifies for both Ghemme and Gattinara DOCG certifications, two of Piedmont's most exacting designations. Their reds draw mineral precision from the volcanic soils of Novara, balancing the power of Spanna with the elegance of Vespolina and Uva Rara.
