Tabarini operates in Sommacampagna, at the heart of Bardolino Superiore DOCG, where Corvina veronese and Rondinella grapes define the region's character. The winery's signature red requires twelve months of aging to reach its minimum 12% alcohol strength, developing the textural depth expected of the zone's premier designation. Brothers Damiano and Silvio have built their reputation on meticulous harvest and cellar work, marrying inherited knowledge with current technique to extract pure expression from their fruit.
