Zanello Paolo tends Barbera in the heart of Monferrato, where Rosignano's clay and limestone slopes have defined the region's wine identity for generations. The producer works within the Barbera del Monferrato Superiore DOCG framework, a classification spanning 212 municipalities and permitting Freisa, Grignolino, and Dolcetto as complementary varieties. Each vintage demands minimum 14 months of aging, building structure and depth. The cellar welcomes visitors to taste how terroir and patience transform grapes into wines of substance and character.
