Asolo Prosecco DOCGMontello Rosso DOCG

In Montebelluna, where the Treviso hills transform within a few kilometers, Ager Patris cultivates two opposing winemaking souls. The first is that of organic sparkling wines: the Asolo Prosecco DOCG is born from Glera, flanked by local varieties like Verdiso and Bianchetta trevigiana, offered in both frizzante and spumante versions, where ancestral techniques converse with contemporary viticulture. The second soul is that of structured red wines. The Montello Rosso DOCG relies on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, grown on the gravelly soils of the hills, with a minimum aging of eighteen months imposed by the regulations that define its weight and longevity. The name, from the Latin “father's estate,” declares the family nature of the management: a project that translates the generosity of these two facets into bottles designed for today's drinker, without forsaking the heritage of the place, which here is evident in the stark contrast between the freshness of the sparkling wine and the tannic grip of the red.
