Asolo Prosecco DOCGColli di Conegliano DOCGMontello Rosso DOCG

From Refrontolo, in the Treviso hills, Astoria Vini manages three DOCG denominations that cover very different styles. Glera powers Asolo Prosecco, offered in its still, frizzante, and spumante versions; Montello Rosso gathers Cabernet Sauvignon and red blends that mature for at least eighteen months before bottling; Colli di Conegliano broadens the range to include white, red, and passito wines made from Manzoni bianco, Pinot bianco, and aromatic grape varieties. Three denominations, then, and as many production grammars: the sparkling wine born from the method, the red that demands structure and aging, the sweet meditation wine that concentrates sugars. It's a miniature map of hillside Venetian oenology, where each regulation precisely sets grape varieties, yields, and minimum times. The common thread is not a single style but the punctual adherence to the rules of each zone, which Astoria interprets by keeping the three languages distinct rather than flattening them into a single profile.
