In Cornuda, behind Treviso, Giorgio Cechetto runs Tenuta Castaldo across two DOCG denominations that cover the entire chromatic spectrum. Asolo Prosecco encompasses Glera-based expressions, from still white to sparkling, with the aromatic delicacy that has made the Asolo hills famous. Montello Rosso moves in the opposite direction: structured blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc that lend weight and longevity to the estate's red wine side.
