🏡 Tastings & visitsAsolo Prosecco DOCGMontello Rosso DOCG

In Volpago del Montello, in the Treviso area, Sartor Emilio cultivates the volcanic soils of the relief that gives the zone its name. The main focus is Glera, from which Asolo Prosecco DOCG is born: fragrant whites ranging from still to sparkling, where the mineral character of the soil meets the balance between alcohol and acidity that defines this corner of the northeast. Alongside Prosecco, the winery also operates within the territory's second DOCG, Montello Rosso, the other — red — face of this hill. Two denominations, therefore, for a single relief: the white sparkling wine that made Asolo famous and the red of Montello, complementary expressions of the same volcanic terroir. It is a narrow but articulated geography, where the same hill can yield both the freshness of Glera and the structure of an age-worthy wine. Visits and tastings allow you to follow this double thread directly in the cellar. Stop for a guided tasting and compare the sparkling wine and the red born on the same slope of Montello.
