Bedin – Soc. Agr. Colli Asolani

In Cornuda, at the foot of the Colli Asolani, Bedin has been cultivating vines since 1948, spanning four generations across two denominations: Asolo Prosecco and Montello Rosso, both DOCG. From Glera, supported by complementary grape varieties, comes the sparkling wine that gives the area its name; on the red side, Montello takes shape around Cabernet Sauvignon, in wines designed for aging and longevity. This dual soul—fresh bubbles on one hand, structured red on the other—tells the story of a company that combines family memory with a contemporary interpretation of the terroir, without fossilizing the past. The original idea, to capture and share the authentic essence of these soils, survives through rigorous rather than merely declared production. Visitors can stop at the winery for a tasting: it's the most direct way to understand how the same hill can yield both effervescence and depth, and to taste, side by side, the two faces of the Colli Asolani.
