The Asolo Prosecco is born from Glera and indigenous local grape varieties, expressed across the entire spectrum of the regulations: from dry white to sparkling wine exceeding ten and a half percent alcohol. The Montello Rosso changes register, relying on a Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged for at least eighteen months, within the eighteen municipalities of the denomination. The two labels tell the story of a territory with a dual soul: the sparkling freshness of the Asolo hills and the more austere structure of Montello's reds. Borgo Molino embraces both, moving between a style that thrives on immediacy and one that demands patience and oak aging. It's a choice that rejects the monoculture of Prosecco, dominant in Veneto today, to also reclaim the red wine heritage of the area.
