Ca’ Zen

Ca' Zen is based in Asolo, where Asolo Prosecco DOCG thrives across eighteen hillside municipalities. The heart of their work is Glera, flanked by its traditional companions—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, and Perera—from which frizzante and spumante wines are born, leveraging the territory's exposure and slope. Each cuvée adheres to the denomination's regulations, starting with a minimum alcohol content of 10.5%, to achieve a consistent and recognizably Asolan flavor profile. Alongside its sparkling wines, the winery also produces a second denomination from the same hilly area, Montello Rosso DOCG, a red counterpart to a production that is primarily white and lively. These are two distinct registers of the same Treviso foothills landscape—the sparkling freshness of Prosecco on one hand, the structure of a hillside red on the other—which together define the breadth of Ca' Zen's work within the confines of Asolo and its surroundings.
