Since 1957, the cooperative of Pieve di Soligo has gathered the work of its member winemakers from the upper Marca Trevigiana, channeling it into two DOCG denominations of contrasting styles. On the white side, Asolo Prosecco Superiore is a versatile sparkling wine, where fresh citrus notes are counterbalanced by a mineral salinity that lengthens the sip. On the red side, Montello ages for at least eighteen months and blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Franc: structure and depth that trace back to the volcanic soils of the area. The thread that binds these two expressions is the choice to let each individual vineyard speak, interpreted as a landscape unit rather than a mere plot. The commitment to sustainable practices is not a superficial declaration but a working principle, aiming to transfer the character of each parcel into the glass. The result is a compact yet clear catalog, capable of conveying both the sparkling freshness of the Asolo hills and the body of the Montello's hillside reds.
