San Vettor is the sole winery of Valcavasia, born from the unified vision of three lifelong friends rooted in this Treviso territory. Drawing on local heritage and heritage grape varieties—Glera, Verdiso, and Bianchetta trevigiana among them—the estate crafts Asolo Prosecco DOCG across its bianco, frizzante, and spumante expressions. Beyond the sparkling wines that define the region's 18 municipalities, San Vettor also produces Montello Rosso DOCG, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and complementary red varieties, aged minimum 18 months. A working philosophy grounded in protecting vineyard biodiversity and the living ecosystem surrounding the vines.
